Day 1
  Welcome to Athens. Your private driver will meet you at the airport & transfer you to your hotel. Often denoted as the cradle of western civilization, the golden city of Pericles is a 2,500-year-old mishmash of cultural and historical triumph.   Have the rest of the day free to explore the city at your own pace.
Day 2
Breakfast at your hotel.   Your day begins by visiting the Athens central market, or Varvakios agora as the locals call it.   Your local host will introduce you to the traders, and tell you all about the amazing products that you'll be tasting as you explore the market halls. Discover unique places to eat and drink and pick up the skills to get the best deals while shopping.
Day 3
Get to the heart of the ancient world by exploring Athens' most important landmark sites.   Our expert guides will take you to see the Panathenaic Stadium where the first Olympic Games of modern times were held in 1896. Continue and pass by the Temple of Olympian Zeus, the Hadrian’s Arch, the Parliament and the memorial to the Unknown Soldier, the Academy, the University, the National Library, and the Constitution Square (Syntagma).   On the Acropolis, visit the architectural masterpieces of the Golden Age of Athens; the Propylea, the Temple of Athena Nike, the Erectheion, and finally, the Parthenon.   Continue and visit the place where at last the statues found their home and admire the wonders of the classical era; the new Acropolis Museum.
Day 4
This day is dedicated to wine.   Winemaking is an intrinsic part of Greek culture. with so many good wines in the market, it's highly important that you have an expert select the good stuff and pair it with the food flavors that work best.   Sample some of the best local wines, learn everything about the history of Greek winemaking and taste delicious mezes from all over Greece -selected to match each wine and bring out the best of their flavors and aromas.*
Day 5
Breakfast at your hotel.   If you're a nature lover and you've always dreamed of living on a farm, growing your own food while also experiencing ultimate luxury, then this 20,000 square meters rich land in the countryside of Athens, is just what you've been searching for!   Plant, harvest & enjoy excellent quality organic fruits and vegetables surrounded by vineyards and olive trees, and go on a guided walk through the organic garden will teach you all about the seasonal ingredients, which you can later use to create your own personal dish.
Day 6
Breakfast at your hotel & prepare for another gastronomic adventure.   Greeks love baked goods. In fact, there are very few streets in Athens without a bakery. Spend your morning preparing and learning everything about Greek pastries and if, by the end of the course, you're too full to try it all, do not worry; we've saved plenty takeaway boxes!
Day 7
Your gastronomic journey is over. Your private driver will meet you at your hotel and transfer you to the airport to catch your departing flight.   Hope you're leaving with a full stomach and have you back soon!
