Day 1
  Arrival in Chania.   Welcome to the most poetic city of Crete, renowned for its glorious history, exceptional gastronomy, and distinctive musical tradition. Your private driver will meet you at the airport & transfer you to your hotel.   Settle in and have the rest of the day free at your leisure.
Day 2
Breakfast at your hotel before your first gastronomic adventure begins!   Enjoy an introduction to the culinary culture of Crete, discover Chania's street food scene as you stroll through the city's market. sample some of the local delicacies and participate in a cooking workshop at a farm.
Day 3
Add another distinctive and memorable activity to your stay and visit a bee garden at the foothills of the white mountains.   Discover thyme honey, one of the most signature products of Greece, pick up herbs, walk through the beehives, and learn first-hand how honey is produced.
Day 4
Take a break between your workshops and embark on a full-day trip to Heraklion and explore Knossos palace, one of the most important archaeological sites of Greece.   The palace of Knossos was the seat of the legendary King Minos and the largest palatial structure of the Minoan civilization. The old palace was constructed around 2,000 b.c. and the findings from the excavations on the site are exhibited in the archaeological museum of Heraklion.   Transfer back to Chania.
Day 5
Your free day to explore the city at your own pace.   Spend your time getting lost among the plethora of colorful cafes, bakeries, taverns, and shops, walking along the Venetian harbor and wandering the city's narrow alleys.
Day 6
It's wine day!   Get an in-depth understanding of the wines in western Crete, enjoy a private guided tour at three different wineries, and witness the oldest olive tree in the world, predicted to be more than 3,000 years old.   Take pictures in a barrel room, see the winemaking process, and indulge in a delicious lunch with unlimited wine!
Day 7
Home is calling.   You'll be picked up from your hotel and transferred to the airport to catch your departing flight.   Hope you had a wonderful time and see you again soon!
